Are you up for a one-of-a-kind, life-changing real estate investing experience?
During the last twenty years Stewardship Properties has grown substantially in the number of properties bought, remodeled and sold or rented as well as training the personnel involved in these endeavors. In the last few years we have also developed a niche expertise in short sale loss mitigation with Realtors and lenders through our sister company, The Short Sale Doctors. Now we're looking to grow throughout Oregon and eventually the nation.
.
Who are we looking for?
This is NOT a typical job. It's an EXPERIENCE that includes ongoing training, close connection with our team and a lot of hands-on work with potential sellers. If you are comfortable with COLD CALLING sales you will likely find yourself successful with us. If not, this is probably not going to be your "cup of tea." The most important skills are sales, marketing, negotiations and deal making. You'll need to be very detailed oriented and organized. On a scale of 1 to 10, you will need to be a 10 as far as being a self-starter.
The Pay... If you're looking for a large pay check, please look elsewhere. Don't get us wrong, there is money to be made in real estate investment... lots of it, but your initial wages will be modest. Count on, however, a lot of training and a potential of joining us after you prove to yourself and to us that you have a future on our team. We don't mean to be harsh, we just want to WARN YOU AHEAD OF TIME so you DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or OURS.
.
Initially the hourly amount is around $10, depending on experience. Eventually you will be paid based on commission and, hopefully, you will later become a partner with us--that's the goal in all of this!
.
We are actually trying to disuade you from applying! If we have failed to do so up to now, then realize being mentored by us puts you in the middle of an innovative team with a combine full-time real estate investment experience of over thirty years. If you are looking to get in on this kind of action—to become an Stewardship Intern in order to become an investor—we'll help. Here are the steps to take:
