Are you up for a one-of-a-kind, life-changing experience?
During the last nearly twenty years Stewardship Properties has grown substantially in the number of properties bought, remodeled and sold or rented as well as training the personnel involved in the ongoing management of those endeavors. The collective real estate knowledge base the company has is immense and growing by the day. |

| If you are a beginner who is looking to get in on the action—to become an intern for a given amount of time so you can become a real estate investor in your own right—we may be able to help. Here’s the next steps to take: |
| |
| First — Become very familiar with our affiliate website, TheGoodStewards.com. This is an important first step. |
| |
Second—Check out our previous internship experiences at RE Internship. This website describes the original
summer internships of 2005 and 2006. The internships offered today are different and smaller in scope,
but hopefully just as helpful to the interns involved. |
| |
| Third — Fill out an application. |
| |
Fourth—We’ll seek to connect you with one of our sponsoring associate and go from there. |
| |
|
| Available intern positions are with sponsoring associates. A sponsoring affiliate must have been involved with Stewardship long enough for us to feel comfortable that they can handle the mentoring process and will give interns a good experience in their journey of mastering real estate investing. |

 |
| |
| What the sponsoring associate gets is the chance to “give back,” along with someone who is eager to learn, desirous to help out in his or her business and may possibly even become part of that very business themselves one day—through a “long-term job interview,” if you will. |
| |
The issue of being paid
This is up to the particular sponsoring associate. Some positions are paid, others are not. The idea is not to provide employment as much as it is to provide a unique experience that can potentially lead someone into the lucrative field of real estate investment. |
| |
Another huge benefit
During the time you are an intern you have access to our website, RealEstateInvestingToday.com, which introduces you to an exclusive and vital training network that connects our Stewardship Associate Community together. |
| |
Who are sponsoring associates looking for?
An ideal intern is someone who is passionate about learning the in’s and out’s of real estate investing and who is teachable and open to work hard. The field of real estate is very broad, from marketing to negotiating to construction oversight to creative deal-making to working with lenders and private money sources—it’s nearly endless. This is what makes it so fascinating and a field that no one can ever fully master. It helps to start with someone who has, to some extent, “been there, done that,” and this is why we encourage the internship program as a means of moving ahead in your educational process. |
